room

The bedroom is huge, and like Emet's, multi-level, with one wall simply being floor to ceiling windows. The windows are a display, attached to a phone app. The default view is an actual window showing Tokyo-F, but the other settings include a volcano interior, complete with lava flows, very JRPG looking; the night sky with bright moon and stars; sunset over the ocean; and a forest canopy far below.

The room is controlled by a thermostat but the setting is always a little too warm unless someone messes with it. And even then a large fireplace on one wall is kept lit day and night, the sound of crackling fire and the settling noises of logs consumed in flame ever-present in the background.

The floor is black marble inlaid with blue and gold, and the curtains are a dark navy with gold trim. The furniture in the room is wood, darkly stained, or painted black, rich mahogany or cherry. Bookcases on one wall by a desk, a grand piano in the center of the room, and by the fireplace comfortable couches, black as velvet and plush as anything, with soft blue cushions, perfect for curling up and reading. The shelves of the bookcases are already stocked with books; medicine, science, mathematics. But one case is dedicated to Blake, Shakespeare, other poets and playwrights.

By the fireplace is a statue of Zodiark, which conceals a door that leads directly to Emet's room.

Upstairs is the loft bedroom, and this has a huge, four poster bed, made of extremely solid and sturdy wood, with a very comfortable mattress, big enough for five very large people. The sheets are black satin, the comforter blue linen and stuffed with down, warm and plush. Metal rings hook to each corner and post, and the ceiling is another app controlled device, three settings; the night sky, a regular looking ceiling, and a mirror.

Aside from the closet upstairs, there is a fancy vanity and seat, bedside table, and a row of shelves for displaying art and items of importance.

There are vases all around, filled almost always with hydrangea and sunflowers, as well as red camellias and campanula. Not all in the same vase, but those flowers will always be in the apartment somewhere.

There is a small kitchenette at the back, with a coffee machine and fridge, stovetop burners and some storage.
