A dream

[Dva, Raven, and Vergil will all find, whatever they are doing in their dreams tonight, that a strange portal appears invitingly before them. That looks safe! Well, at least Vergil is familiar with it.

They will find that taking it leads to a garden.]

[Cosmo lounges on a bench in the gazebo by the lake, in a garden ablaze with autumn colors. He's lounging on a bird made of fire reading a book.

A door with a silhouette stands nearby, leading...? Who knows until you open it.

You feel... Powerful. All your abilities at your beck and call. Mecha? Familiars? Yamato? Yours to command if you know how.

Well this is a good setting to hang out with Cosmo or each other between things.]

[Stepping through this door sends you to a flat, snow-covered peak in some cold, forsaken mountains. It's a big enough area to fight in, but cliffs ring the place, some leading up, some leading down--a drop so deep you cannot see the bottom through the distant mists.

Six massive three-headed creatures roam the snow. The three heads menacing, the scorpion tails deadly.

To draw the attention of one is to draw the attention of all.

Things to note:

The Dragon's Head will cast a MASSIVE donut AOE around each creature at intervals, very far or very close is safe, but being hit will cause intermittent paralysis. As well as electric orbs that target someone and chase them, exploding on contact with the target or anyone else, they also paralyze.

The Ram's Head will cast a medium ice circle AOE under each creature, being close is unsafe when that happens, as the ice will encase anyone caught in it for a short time, freezing them solid.

The Lion's head will breathe fire on those close.

The Scorpion Tail will sting and poison anyone it hits.

The claw swipes hit brutally hard.

And the hitpoints of each Chimera have been boosted from low level Midboss to Raid Boss.

Enjoy AOE status effect hell.]

[ she doesn't remember falling asleep, but she also had a piece of shrapnel in her head a couple of days ago so, like, for all she knows she just passed out on the floor or something. ]

[ this is new though! and it's a heck of a lot better than the BS her brain normally dreams up. a+. 10/10. would dream again. ]

[ she approaches cosmo, sparing the door a glance and taking note of the device on her wrist. ] What'cha reading?

I thought I would invite a few guests. You all seemed restless on our last outing.

[He closes the book, letting it vanish in thin air.]

I imagine they'll arrive shortly.

Just a bit of light reading really. It seems all of you have been somewhat stressed. I thought I might provide some light entertainment.

[flexes his fingers and looks down at his hand for a moment... and then suddenly, shadow appears at his side, rumbling]

[ the flowers on her head turn brown and then black and look like they might just drop off her head and die. not to mention the usual combo of not eating much and little sleep. who is she fooling? herself, perhaps??? ]

[ but let's not talk about our problems because PFT. ] Oh? What sort of entertainment?

I prefer any activities to be alone.

[He gestures at the door.]
