It contains everything you two already discussed, with an addition. Should G'raha Tia be in mortal danger, the contract will not trigger its effects if you harm Emet-Selch under such circumstances. The same goes for Lahabrea. If Emet-Selch is in mortal danger, then intervening will not cause any consequence.
